RESTORATIVE JUSTICE CONFERENCE
Process impact, accountability, and what is needed to repair harm and restore trust. A restorative justice conference begins with facilitated prep meetings 1-1 with those who caused the harm and those who were harmed to introduce the process and explore their personal experiences, impacts, thoughts, and feelings about the harm and repair. Upon accountability and readiness, both parties come together for a facilitated process to explore the harm and reach an agreement on the repair process.
